No. You will sign a “service agreement” which allows us to enter your backyard. It also states that the customer can cancel service at any time with as little as 48 hours’ notice.

No. We will service your yard as long as we can access your yard and if your pet is inside the house. If your gate is locked and no one is home to let us in, we will charge for the service that could not be completed.

No. Please make sure your pets are indoors until the service is complete. Thank you for understanding.

Reach out to us! You must cancel or reschedule a service 48 hours before your scheduled service. Failure to do so may still incur charges for that service.

Yes. We will let you know after the first visit if you have an oversized yard.

We will work during light rain, but not during heavy rainfall or thunderstorms. No refunds are issued due to inclement weather. We will have more poop to scoop on your next scheduled visit or service your yard on the next available day, if our schedule permits.
